Oh damn.. I think you're dead on with your ideas on the motive behind this exaggerated fundamentalism we're seeing everywhere. I've fallen victim to it myself but life is a learning process so I just try to catch myself when I'm auto-agreeing with someone I like and trust. Also I really try to look for multiple sources and each perspective but that takes time and fuck it sometimes I can be lazy lol but thats the problem. Its a cycle..like everything else, who knew?
