I would like to comment something that I have thought to see that you think.

In case a whale that has a power of vote of 500SD. Sees a post who thinks that a reward deserves, but it is not so good as to deserve 500DS , What happens ? vote for him? Or does it prefer reserving his vote for another better post?

It is here where my thought arises.

Would it be possible to do a " power control " for the votes when they come to a certain quantity of power?

In the same case of before, a whale sees a post that he likes, but not so much like to give his vote of 500 SD, regulates his power and instead of giving him 500 SD gives him 100 SD because he thinks that it is more just. This way the persons who have great power of vote, will be able to vote according to the value that they want to give and to distribute more his votes.

For example they might divide in 4 options

Vote of 25 % Power

vote of 50 % Power

vote of 75 % Power

and vote of 100 % Power.
