It's hard to hear when people don’t believe that the pictures I post are my work. It is very hard to hear it - when you lie with the temperature in bed and you find it difficult to get up and talk. And it is especially difficult when you are a girl - but you are asked to stand up and in this state (swollen eyes, red nose, disheveled hair) to take a photo confirming that I am myself and my works too. I have repeatedly confirmed my authorship, you always see me, the way I draw works in the same style, I spread the processes and different angles. You can often see me on my Instagram. Duck let's treat each other with patience! Allow to lie down with the temperature in the crib, please. 😭

Confirm my instagram!  vangozhenka

I had similar problems with an other self appointed guardian of original content. I wrote a statistics script that I tested on one STEEM account, then moved to its own STEEM account. Result: Every single post my script did got flagged week after week, month after month despite attempt after attempt to explain I wasn't plagiarizing myself. I think it is great that people take the trouble to help clean up the platform by pointing out plagiarism, but seems the type of people who choose to do this seem to lack in social skills as much as they tend to excel in programming skills. Unable or slow to figure out they hit a false positive, even if others point out their error. And never as much as an apology when they finaly figure out they made a mistake. It is impossible to completely avoid false positives, but it sure as hell isn't impossible to try and apply some half decent level of social interaction while communicating with people who insist they were falsely flagged.

Wait, someone took down @pibarabot? No way. I'm not decided on this case, personally. Lot of rabbit holes for go down.

I believe on you and your art @andriana don't listen to that negative people..

Hey @andrianna really sad to hear what has happened to avoid these kind of problems add a link of your steem profile to the other social media sites you use

Hi @andrianna, I am very feeling sad for what happened to you, I just read your reply with @jaguar.force that might continue to this time ...

They should be able to check your posts thoroughly to judge that all of what you are displaying is sourced from yourself, and I know if the paintings you are displaying are your original works and you have explained everything to everyone when they ask ...

Many other users also experience events like yours when their posts are considered spam or take pictures from third parties without explaining the source, even though they create content with their original work without committing a violation.

One example you can see in this post along with the comments in it, I'm sure @r2cornell doesn't defend in his comments, maybe you can read it thoroughly.

Then look at who is wrong and who deserves to be blamed, I am sure they are only created to damage users who have low SP who are unable to do anything with their power ...

Then you can compare it with users who have large SPs, robots never can destroy them they can't even do much unless just keep quiet with the content they make.

@andrianna, I love you very much and hope they understand their mistakes ...
Hopefully in the future the platform will continue to grow and not go backwards due to injustice.

I hope you can explain everything so that they can understand and believe that all your works is are genuine and have never committed copyright infringement.

I love you.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️.
Thank you..

The user you are naming (marzukie) is a serial art plagiarist banned by SC
and the user to whom you are replying is another art plagiarist as you can see in the following post:

Please understand that users need to cite their !sources when using another artist's original drawing/painting/digital art/photography as a “study” or "inspiration"
if not their are claiming the whole work and not crediting the work of others they are using, and that is called art plagiarism/art paraphrasing (a type of fraud).

When @andrianna confirmed the link to her Instagram account and explaining that it was the his original work, it should stop everything and not cause him trauma..

@andrianna deserves to be praised by the artwork she produces, instead of trying to drown it, even though she (maybe) forgets to include a source when taking someone else's work, it should be forgiven and don't continue to hate it ... I believe she will correct her mistakes and will be more Be careful the next time, I think everyone has done something wrong and it should be forgiven ..

let him continue to work and display his abilities, as someone who is wise and perhaps more senior than him, you should be able to guide him to be better, a good teacher is one who is able to educate his students to change and direct them so that they can be useful to everyone instead destroying his future and dispelling his enthusiasm in studying ...

I believe you are doing it for a good purpose because you don't want this platform to be littered with people who want to profit only by committing infringement or spamming, I hope we don't sentence it wrong even though he only made his mistake once ...

Hopefully we can all guide our friends on this platform so we can enjoy the progress of this platform together ...

We must learn from mistakes to rise to a better tomorrow by trying to learn from that mistake.. everyone must have done wrong, and everyone needs to be forgiven ...

Thank you very much.

You have made this point many times now, stop posting this everywhere it is looking like spam. This user clearly has no bad intentions and you have explained your position clearly enough. You should stop always spamming people's posts.

We will make this point as many times as we deem appropiate, for it is a valid point and information everyone needs to see. As per the intentions of the user by not citing the source of the above post it is clear, to take all the credit of the composition/motive/design for herself when its clearly based 99% on a photograph. But thank you for your feedback anyway.

Correct, it is a valid point. But that does not mean you should post it everywhere, especially considering this user is not intending to cause harm.

Stopping plagiarism is good, but do not alienate those who are genuinely good people and made a mistake. You are creating friction within the Steem community by polluting every single persons post who forgot to link a source. Say it once and then move on.

The situation is different if people are trying to make money knowingly from other people's work and you are doing a good job with that. But use common sense. Not everyone is bad.

Thank you very much for your opinion. Have a great day.

When posting content that either is owned by someone else or inspired by someone else’s works, it is proper to list the said source in your post with a link to the original.

Failing to do so is considered plagiarism, and could result in being blacklisted by curation groups or even flagged.

Examples include:

  • Using another artist's original drawing/painting/digital art as a “study” or inspiration without linking the original and giving credit to the original artist.
  • Linking to someone else’s YouTube video with no source.
  • Using someone else’s photos or text without linking to the original source etc.

Please make sure you do so in the future, thank you.

If you understand the rules explained in this comment reply to this comment with "I understand"
