Yes, guys, it is Time for me to Break my Fast which I have been doing for 24 Hours straight. In this 24 Hour Period, all I have eaten is just Water and nothing else. Now to be completely Honest this hasn't been a Walk in the Park for me. This is the Second Time I am doing this Fast where I am Fasting every Alternate day for 24 hour period. The hard part really kicks in during Dinner as at that moment I just crave something to Eat. If I fall asleep then it's ok but if I cannot sleep for some reason then it becomes a Test of Endurance for me where I am in a constant fight with myself to Eat or not to Eat.
As for Breaking the Fast, it is really recommended to not just gobble up food from the get-go. You should start with something light and then progress onto heavy Foods. As for me, I broke my Fast today with a Healthy Salad of Cucumbers and Tomatoes.
