Web of Trust (WoT): show some love for Steemit.com

Steemit.com still has to reach threshold for a rating on the Web of Trust, here's my recommended setting

Child Safety

I hope we can all agree that steem/it and it's contents are not suited for children (take it for what it is).
As far as I remember, competitors like Reddit are Rated age 16 as well.
