Powering Up! (it's over 9000)

Let's just say that we (The Asian Capitalists) like what we see.

Ever since the Google Memo happened, we've been talking a lot about 'alt-tech' and the impending downfall of the current major tech monopolies (Google, Facebook, and Twitter). In the span of less than a year, we've also started using DuckDuckGo, Brave Browser, D-tube, Discord, Busy.org, and just this weekend, Mewe. The 'Alt-Tech Revolution' appears to be off to a good start, and if Facebook's stock prices are any indication, the enemy is already in bad shape.

Hence, the decision to power-up now. We could have powered-up in 2017, but we just didn't have the foresight to see what the Steem ecosystem could become. Now that we've seen it's true power though--D-tube, D-live, Steemit, Busy (...and this isn't even its final form!)--we can certainly power-up with confidence, knowing that this platform is only getting stronger.
