I am not getting any idea to write about? I don't have time to write blog post. There are tone of others reasons we have when we lack writing motivation. As a result we become inconsistent on Steemit.

Today I am listing few solutions which can help you decide your next blog topic. It's easy and simple.

Create your personal brand by writing about YOU

When we don't have an idea what to write about we can thrown light on some of your skills and knowledge. we can give a brief introduction about what we like and why we enjoy it.

For example I am a blogger so I love to connect with other bloggers. I write about blogging and digital marketing. You can know more about me on my blog.

We all have some skills which make us different from each other. I am good in marketing but not in writing there would be someone who is not good at marketing but excellent at writing.

Many Steemians are good at writing and they can speed up my blog posting. I can get many guest bloggers for my blogs and I can promote their articles to increase my blog visibility.

This is how teams work together to get the ball rolling. As a digital marketer I know there various streams which can't be handled by one person. There is social media marketing and email marketing and SEO which are essential for an online business.

We have #introduceyourself category where we can share about ourselves. It's one of the popular category and thousands of people write, read and comment on these posts.

Ask questions to your followers

Asking questions to your followers about what they would like to read. Polls and questionnaires can help you get your follower insight.

Ask, why they like your content? what are other things you should write about?

Spread the magic of gratitude with giveaways and freebies

People like things which help them specially when they are free. Freebies and giveaways is best way to get more followers, email list building and exposure.

Don't ruin the game by running silly giveaways. I personally think, there are giveaways which don't add any value in community.

Share your experiments through case studies

Write about what you have learned through various experiences. For example you can write about how you have increased your number of followers , how you are using some tools which are helping you speed up your writing, etc.

Cross promotion and re-purposing your content

Bloggers and network marketers can increase their blog traffic by re-purposing and cross promoting their existing articles.

If you have written article on Wordpress plugin on your blog you can write short note here and ask people to go to your blog to read full review. Look how I just did it. 😊

Make your content visual by creating videos

Creating short videos is best way to engage our audience. If you are shy you can create slide shows and record your screen to create videos to upload on YouTube and dtube. (You can repurposed your videos on dtube and vice versa)

Write about your social media channels and groups

There are many social media channels which needs to be promoted for example I retweet all Steemit posts on my Twitter handle Steemitretweet which has 2000+ followers, where I retweet Steemit tweets of my followers. If you want get more exposure follow me on Twitter

There are many Facebook and Discord groups where we can promote our blogs.

I've few posts where I write about motivational business quotes. I link it to my Facebook page, so people can like and share my motivational quotes.

So I hope this article helps you and I would like to see your articles.

Good post!
But you could use formatting a bit more, e.g. to highlight the different paragraphs. ;)

Hey @lordkekz

Thanks for pointing out.

I posted it on mobile because I wasn't able to see it on my desktop. I edited it later on.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Keep up the good work.

I have to agree, these are nice possibilities and options on what to contribute.

One could also use Steemit to upload tutorials or how-tos, (e.g. "How to do photography 101") and/or engage in scientific or political discussions.

That's true, How-to tutorials are evergreen content which can drive tone of traffic. Most importantly we can help more people, people need help and internet is the best place to get solution.
