Until in September of 12 years ago, triumph Oliver Nuñez, who was in training, was killed by a truck. in the Carabobo state.
From that moment the Hernandez family, the Astudillo family, the Di Bonaventura family and the Noriega family have promised to forget who this exemplary athlete was and that is why every year the first two weeks of the month of January this triathlon takes place. .
