Hey steemians hopefully someone will be able to figure out why My fiancee cant create her account.
She has had the verified email back and when i get onto the page to enter the unique pass and create the account it says this... Couldn't create account. Server returned the following error:
Only one Steem account per user is allowed in order to prevent abuse
But she hasnt created an account before.
Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe it's because you're on the same ip address ? Or you used the same phone number ?

Thanks for replying no its not either of those ive changed ip address and its a different phone number, i just haven't a clue why it isn't working. tried just signing in with account name and pass but says username doesn't exist
