What to do when you feel bloated.. and it's your fault!

Yup.. it's a first world problem. I know there are a lot of people who suffer from being overweight. This is not a criticism of that, nor is it a debate about what is fat, big boned, or genetic disorders. Dieting, Overeating, Bingeing. Nope I'm not talking about that either.

I'm talking about having savory food with friends; having an overubundance of food (thank GD), and packing it in.

I'm just talking about the feeling. I know we should be happy about the food we have.. but wow. I'm not even pissed about the extra 1000 calories today.

I'm pissed that I can't move. I'm pissed the belt has to come off. I'm just a sad pathetic first world country loving loser who feels like pillsbury dough boy who fell and can't get up.

Yes I'm thankful I have food to eat and I know other people are suffering with chronic illness, deaths of loved ones, loss of a job and or home.

There is war and sadness and atrocities everywhere. You don’t have to look that hard to find something to give you perspective.

But I'm STUFFED.

Luckily there is something we can do.

After 5 minutes - Drink something warm, help burp out any extra room you may have

After 15 minutes - Try not to let down, maybe pop an ant-acid if needed

After 30 minutes - Try to take a walk and afterwards give yourself a belly rub

After 1 hour - Try to stretch

1-2 Hours now it's time to lye down

If it's time for the next meal, just take it easy dumbass, tomorrow will be a new day.

Just to be clear; that dumbass is me :)

Hope you relaxed like me.. I just burped.
