      ^^^^ I suggest watching this about Bitcoin not being a ponzi. They discuss what a ponzi scheme is, and then you can decide for yourself how that applies to Steemit.

          It must be a Ponzi scheme. Everyone is getting richer every day, how is that even possible? Interest rates of 1% per day are insane. It's all too good to be true, right?
