How to minning Steem by window ?

How to minning Steem by window ?
When the miner work will showm what status ? ( 1 gh !!! Or .... )
And When i get reward from minning Where The reward will shown ?

Now i try to minning but the miner just showm 1 g... Is this status wrong ?
