I'm really bad. I'll be laying in bed constantly thinking excitedly about steem, like a lovesick teen, then next thing you know I'm rolling over to open my phone and check it out again 😂

My usual technique has been to realise its 4am again and just go lay down and sorta meditate for an hour or so .. Haven't slept properly since I discovered steemit #confessionsofasteemaddict
