Don't you hate it when you link to a great post, but instead of upvoting you, they click the link? SteamIt could use an internal system that rewards the person that refers to other posts (based on some sort of identification number that refers to the right post in the right block). This way everybody wins. The tricky part is preventing abuse, but that's where the curators come in guess.

I agree. The reward should have somekind of weighing based on the value provided by the referral source post. Otherwise we'll get 1000s of content empty posts with just links in them.
