Steem -> Deposit -> Unknown Error :ssteemCreated with Sketch.

Hi guys, just a quick question.

I deposited some btc to buy steem but got something else instead:
unknown_error_sending_output 41 minutes ago, 0.028633 Bitcoin → 86.523 Steem

Does anyone have an idea what's that? The transaction has 2 confirmations so far.
