Academics, journalists and the pages of local newspapers are among those who have had photos, videos and entire accounts deleted by Facebook after they posted about recent events in the disputed territory.

This is why I feel that Steem is an invaluable resource in today's day and age of mass censorship and degradation of Freedom of Speech.
A truly decentralized social network will never let the voice of the people be suppressed and will rather be a catalyst for change.

Long live Steem!!!
