My Body felt a bit smashed after the first weeks training, so I took the 9th, 10th and 11th off. Recovery is as important as exercising.
I wanted to show you just what's possible working out at home.
In this workout, I decided to include my son Jayden as the actual weight on my back for a few of the exercises.
Increasing weight can increase size and strength. This type of training should only be done in strict form, as it can lead to injury if not executed correctly.
I purchased some little 2lb Dumbells for Jayden he loves them, only $1.98 from Walmart!
September 12th - Day 12 Workout 9
Today Jay came in handy as a weight helper:).
Warm up 5 minutes
Block 1 - Arm curls/Dumbell press/Squats
Block 2 - Hyper extensions/Bent over rows/Tricep kickbacks
Block 3 - Repeat block 1
Block 4 - Repeat block 2
Block 5 - Calf raises/Lunges/Push ups - all using Jayden as weight
Block 6 - Kettle bell swings/Kettle bell press/Round the worlds/Kettle swings alternating hands
8-minute ab workout
Block 6 was an introduction to using Kettle bells for a few exercises, tomorrow we will include more kettle bell variation exercises. WAR UP!!
Apologies for the front facing camera it is a logitech camera i purchased recently and i thought it would have been better quality. I am hoping to get a better camera in the very near future.

It is a great sacrifice to keep the body in shape, but with a good company is always better.
