Troian Bellisario is an American actress popular for the former Freeform Hit TV show Pretty Little Liars. On top of that, she is also a writer, director, and a producer much like her parents. She is the daughter of the famous director and producer of NCIS, JAG, and Quantum Leap, Donald Bellisario and the producer, Deborah Pratt. Troian has been active in the entertainment industry since 1988. She has appeared in her father’s film titled Last Rites. Also, she plays minor roles for the series that her father has directed and produced in the past.
She won the Best Acting by a Female Lead Award in 2010 for her role in Consent, which was given by the Vision Fest Award. Aside from that, she has also won the FirstGlance Philadelphia Award for Best Actress in the same year. Her directorial debut was in 2016 for Pretty Little Liars‘ “In the Eye Abides the Heart” episode, which is the fifteenth episode of its last season.
