Today we prepare Chinese noodles, like in the movies :)
This recipe with vegetables, add the chicken, pork or fish. How do you like the most.
Ingredients for 5-6 servings:
✦ 250 grams of noodles
✦ 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
✦ 2-3 medium carrots
✦ 2-3 medium bell peppers
✦ ¼ of head cabbage of average
✦ 100 g bean sprouts / soybean optional
✦ 100 g of soy sauce (diluted with water to 60-70 g)
✦ 2 h. L. Sugar
✦ 2 h. L. sesame oil
Preparation:
1. Boil the noodles for 5-6 minutes. Cut the carrots, cabbage (other vegetables as desired, I add the peppers and onions) strips.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté carrots for 3 minutes. Then add pepper and cabbage. Continue to fry until golden.
3. Add noodles, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Mix well and fry for a few minutes.
4. Remove from heat and add the bean sprouts. Give a little stand. Serve, garnished with sesame seeds and herbs.
