Ingredients:

For the meatballs:
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. l. cilantro, chopped
¼ cup milk
½ h. L. salt
½ h. L. black pepper
450 g pork
450 g of cooked shrimp, chopped
1 tbsp. l. sesame seeds

For the glaze:
1 tbsp. l. starch
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
½ h. L. ground ginger
¼ h. Liter. garlic powder
2 tbsp. l. honey


Preparation:
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the meatballs. Form balls and spread on baking sheet with parchment paper Bake for 20-25 minutes.

In  a large frying pan, add the starch, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger,  garlic and honey, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.  Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
