Ads are the most established and mature method for monetizing web interfaces

Ads are the most annoying and aggravating thing on the net, which is why ad blockers are popular.

Do you not think the people who are into alternative economies and looking to the future without such aggravations (ie people on Steemit), are not going to be using an ad blocker?
