Bahan-bahan
2 porsi
200 gram daging sapi
1 buah tomat
50 gram kubis
4 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
1 ruas kunyit
1 ruas jahe
3 sendok kecap manis
1 sdm gula merah sisir
secukupnya garam merica
secukupnya air
5 buah cabe rawit
3 buah kemiri
Langkah
cuci daging sapi, lalu iris tipis2 sisihkan
haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, kunyit dan kemiri sisihkan
panaskan wajan,beri sedikit minyak lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum,lalu masukkan daging sapi tumis hingga berubah warna,tuang air secukupnya tunggu hingga mendidih
bumbui dengan garam,gula merah,merica bubuk,kecap tes rasa,jika sudah pas rasanya tunggu hingga mendidih tambahkan tomat iris,kubis dan cabe rawit iris,lalu tunggu air hingga sedikit menyusut,jangan terlampau habis airnya,jika sudah angkat sajikan
