Individual Strength

The concept of community automatically implies unity. Joining together to provide strength is an ancient concept. The weaknesses of individual behavior is easily exposed. This post is about the importance of the individual rather than the group.

Some naturally fit within the chemistry and security provided by a group. Others naturally stand secure in their own strength. These loners are destined to succeed. They rely on their own strength and stubborn determination.

Individual capacity is required. Individuals will benefit from being a part of a group, but they do not require group effort. Strong individuals always bring strength to a group.

Within the Steemit community it is wise to find a group of like minded individuals. The question is... how do you find this group?

My recommendation is that you find an individual who has spent the time to be successful. Look for those with high reputation scores. A score over 60 is good, but the higher the better.

Once you have found one or two of these individuals, follow them. Read their posts. Read their comments. Look for new contacts within those who comment on their articles. Vote for these people. Eventually, you will be noticed if you add color, wisdom, and creative thought to them.

On this path, you will learn what is required to gain your own individual strength. Finding one friend will lead to others. Soon you will enjoy the strength of those who will follow you.
