I've seen that with my own development here on Steemit during my first 3 weeks I've implemented a done list that's helped me to make steady progress.
I think it's a quick and simple way to increase success and well-being with anything not just with Steemit.
However, I integrate it in a way that fit my needs.
I add my list to my day planner so at the end of each day I list the tasks completed or progress made in business or projects. I prefer to get this done each and every day so it becomes a firm long term habit.
You have to do what's best for you...
Perhaps once a week set aside 5-10 minutes to write down and truly recognize your wins for the week. As well as just acknowledgement what's also important is a sense of learning and reflection.
- What did I learn?
- What do I need to change moving forwards?
- What do I need to become more aware of?
Handwriting activates different critical areas of the brain than just typing on a keyboard so practice writing your done list out on paper each day or whenever it suites you best.
And if you need to track other peoples progress then it's a simple way to follow up.
- You'll discover their recent wins.
- What' they've got done and achieved.
- Which milestones have been reached.
For me it's all about recognizing my progress and leveraging or even greater success.
