Giving an upvote to someones work is just as important as you receiving one, this keeps steemit it alive, Upvoting a post when you first start out is easy as you have a little upvote button that you click on.

steemit start you out with a little bit of steem power and this gives you about 0.01c per upvote, but don't get me wrong you can use your steem power up very quickly by upvoting more than 5 posts.

once your account is about $500 dollars you will get a slider, and in turn you can control how much you up vote a post by, your steem slider tells you a % of what you would like to upvote another post by.

it is always better to buy some steem when you first start out so you have more say on what posts you like to upvote. and with steem price at a good high right now and is forcast to keep riseing, the time is now to get your steem.

remember sharing is caring, so if you could resteem my post and give it an up vote, this would be good for all. all my steem goes into my account on here to make me more powerful to help people like your selves.

I am not a bot but a man with some time and a passion for steemit :)

Could you tell me how does it help me if my upvotes are worth more? thanks

it's like a circle, if your to upvote some one a high upvote, the chances are they will come to your blog and see yours and upvote you.
plus the your account is worth money anyway as soon as you open an account. if no one was to upvote anyone then there would be no money in this platform and steem would be worthless.
Everybody who comes to this platform must in some way want to get paid, other wise you would be using facebook or twitter.
even though this platform I would say is more like red it.

Okay I got it now. Thanks for telling me

not a problem at all. i am here to help, you can ask me anything :)
