Get Ready For The Eco-Train! Finding Imaginative Ways to use STEEMIT as a tool for cooperation and empowerment.

I am SO curious how Steemit is going to evolve. Of course a lot of change will come from the system itself and whatever new features are added. But what I am REALLY curious about is how the people using it will find innovative and very smart ways to take advantage of the nature of the system itself. I've been giving it some thought and i have an idea of my own!

"If we can figure out how to take full advantage of the nature of the Steemit system itself, we can bring about a win-win-win situation for everyone involved and beyond!"

I am still getting my head around how Steemit can be utilized to its maximum potential. It does seem to me already though, that with a bit of imagination and social networking, you can bring about really significant movement in many ways. One idea that I think can be really powerful is to form a strong dedicated group with like minded people. Individually I think it is quite a challenge to get your message out and seen. This is especially so if you are new and aren't putting money into Steem Power. But when we form groups that can grow and support each other, we can empower each other. Together we would form an Eco-Train! This train has great purpose. It IS going somewhere! We're not on the train just for a train ride. Those people with genuinely good ideas or thoughts can be empowered and maybe even  funded! I can imagine even quite big projects getting great support with a Steemit backbone that supports a network of people who are all in it for the greater good. SO we all get to win. 

I will be posting more about this soon. Right now I am talking with a few people to think about details and the best way to manifest this. I'd also love to hear any comments from you about it. The basic idea for this Eco-Train is that those who are a part of it are in already promoting subjects and content related to Environmental issues. This can be quite a diverse group as 'Eco' covers an enormous range of topics. For example a friend of mine is promoting the Eve Cup. This is an eco friendly menstrual cup for women that is better for women and for the environment. So this diverse group can together steer a channel for others to learn from and be inspired. I would hope that as a group we are able to empower the right people and bring forward the right ideas that we should be looking at..

The greatest goal of this group for me personally would be to manifest my vision to build a small community of self sufficient Earthship Biohome's as a model for further projects. The basic premise would be that this community would function without money wherever possible, and there would be little to no buy in.  Ownership would be in the hands of a not for profit Trust that secures the land and property forever. If one day, in the long run, the Eco-Train gets big enough then we can all help to find and fund what we collectively think are good ideas. I really think it could work very well and in many ways that are yet to be discovered. I have the skills, knowledge and ideas after 12 years of hands on learning!
