Should Alcohol be restricted from only persons below 18 or from Everybody????

Well, going by the statistics of Havocs alcohol has caused and is still causing and is still planning to cause, hmmmm... its consumption is a disasterous threat to life and should be highly prohibited... Wanna argue, let's go!::
(1) It causes partial madness (short term memory loss; which might become permanent)
(2) It rebrands ur sorrow but garnishes it with an exciting beginning...
(3) 98% of fathers raping their daughters
(4) it causes stroke
(5) it damages ur liver and ur pancrease which could inturn cause hypoglycemia (low sugar in d blood) or hyperglycemia (excess sugar in d blood>>>diabetes)
(6) it causes erectile disfunction
(7) it causes infertility, still birth, miscarriage, premature delivery,
(8) it directs you to beating your wife
(9) wanna talk about accidents... etc... so much more (dem too plenty joor)
