Help! To Whom Should I Delegate Steem Power?

Hi there,
I am a long time user but have not been as active recently. I realize I should have been delegating steem power. I tri d delegation a little with smartsteem but I was curious what bot gives the best roi? I found this site steem bot tracker but it seems more oriented to getting the best votes not getting the most curation rewards.
