Usually people who upvote and follow others are the ones that are interested in the posts and content of the person who follow.
I think the best way to create an audience is be helpful,upload content and help in general the community not just blindly upvote or follow.

    No BLIND ACTIONS. I am just telling to create a closed group to help each other for better visibility and care for the each other's article. Quality content I mean. But better visibility with the closed group.
