    While the founders may have a ton of influence... The thing is every user has the ability to build their reputation. So it isn't really limited quite the way the article describes... Or at least that's my speculation.

    Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    • Disagreement on rewards
    • Fraud or plagiarism
    • Hate speech or trolling
    • Miscategorized content or spam
