Most of us are Accustomed to looking outside of ourselves for fulfillment. We are living in a world that conditions us to believe that outer attainments can give us what we want. Yet again and again our experiences show us that nothing external can completely fulfill the deep longing within for "something more. " Most of the time, however, we find ourselves striving toward that which always seems to lie just beyond our reach. We are caught up in doing rather than being, in action rather than awareness. It is hard for us to picture a state of complete calmness and repose in which thoughts and feelings cease to dance in perpetual motion. Yet it is through such a state of quietude that we can touch a level of joy and understanding impossible to achieve otherwise.
The Yoga Way of Life!
Derived from the Sanskrit word yuj, Yoga means union of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit. Yoga is a 5000 year old Indian body of knowledge. Though many think of yoga only as a physical exercise where people twist, turn, stretch, and breathe in the most complex ways, these are actually only the most superficial aspect of this profound science of unfolding the infinite potentials of the human mind and soul.
The science of Yoga imbibe itself the complete essence of the Way of Life, including - Gyan Yoga or philosophy, Bhakti Yoga or path of devotional bliss, Karma Yoga or path of blissful action, and Raja Yoga or path of mind control. Raja Yoga is further divided into eight parts. At the heart of the Raja Yoga system, balancing and unifying these various approaches, is the practice of Yoga Asana.
Before you Post Steemit Content , Comment or Curate just remember to do some basic
Yoga Breathing or Pranayama, which will gradually build the foundation of your yoga practice. It begins with deepening your breathing with the 3-part breath, then moves into more advanced breathing exercises such as Kapalabhati and the Alternate Nostril Breath. Pranayama also goes hand in hand with the Asanas. These two Yogic Principles together are considered as the highest form of purification and self-discipline, covering both mind and body.

We all need to take some Time off , so that we can clear our Minds
I can see many Users getting Frustrated , only to realise that they contribute the most . We all want Recognition and to be praised , thats why a lot of Individuals are here on Steemit. No one actually comes for the Money at first , a lot of people aren't as Social as they are on Steemit , it's because we see potential in this Ecosystem. As a growing Community , we need to appreciate the good in the World , Steemit is a good example that we are heading in the right direction. A Decentralized Social Media , where we have Zero Restriction on what to post yet there exist so much frustration over who get's Rewarded ?
Everyone needs to just Relax , enjoy Steemit and enjoy the great Content. You may be Skeptical but there is no reason to start making post on the platform itself to critize its flaws , especially when it comes to who shall receive the most Reward. There just seems to be a lot of Hate on Steemit Already , that's what you get when you live in a Fast-paced Society , everyone is so busy and distracted that they cant take few minute to think to themselves.
