In terms of describing my company; My agency will focus in creating cinematic content, film and photography for Luxury Real Estate. The concept will satisfy the needs of Real Estate companies, brokers, agents and home owners who seek original, fresh and quality images for their properties.
The industry sector it belongs to is basically Real Estate Industry. Although it seems to be quite different from the Entertainment business the idea is to apply all the experience I’ve gather along the 12 years I’ve worked in the advertising business and use everything to offer a unique service. Eventually I will use the same network to start developing and selling properties on my own.
Demographic: Adults 30-55/ Male and Female / all ethnic groups / high income / entrepreneurs & intrapreneurs / Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Developers, Designers, House owners and people with interests in luxury real estate.
The competitive advantage will be fun. My direct competition will be 3 companies located in the same area where I live. I’ve being analyzing their products and so far, they are in a different level in terms of quality and clientele. They are taking any client, without distinction if it’s a luxury property or not. My company will be working exclusively with Luxury Real Estate, which means houses over the 5/10M or small houses built exclusively with Luxury features.
