Another one of those little error messages that pop up after your attempted post just sits and spins an and spins. Then when you drag your mouse to copy what you typed, (drag mouse because you can't right click select all), then hit the reload button it magically pops up just to tick you off annoy you, and then when you reload page and try again it might or might not work, thus the reason for having the content on the clipboard.
In other words the dev are pissed and want a raise with real money because steem is taking a steem bath and they think it is evaporating before their very eyes.

I did a quick Google.
Some posts that have cut and paste from another source contain special characters that the SteemIt editor does not recognize.
You would have to delete that post and rewrite it without the link.

I get that every time I try to upload dTube.
I've figured out that if I log out and back in that seems to fix it.
Also the special characters thing makes sense too.
I've only ever had a dtube succeed after taking and uploading snap while it's uploading don't cut and paste, I can tag while it uploads but can't move it over to the advanced tab or the subtitles tab.
Using Opera Browser it has more functionality as well.

If I were to take a guess I would say you were drafting an entry and then somehow got logged out while you still had the page open on which you were creating the post.
That's a really odd scenario, but it's the only thing I can come up with whereby steemit would say "no, you're not you and can't post as you."

Go to steemd/everittdmickey and check your bandwidth available. It may be that you don't have enough bandwidth to post because you have made too many comments.
