What is the right community to reward good work?

I'm a newcomer, I don't understand the community on steemit well.

Actually I am interested in writing articles such as travel, food, science, tips and so on. But I haven't found the right community yet.

What do you think is the right community for me that also gives the right awards for good work?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
