I am coming from Facebook as well, I love how you broke it down for me and others newbies that are just rolling in from another planet. I was some problem but you broke down so well I now understand this just about everything that is on this platform, so glad your on the steemit team.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
