Here is an image showing that bitcointalks daily page views are down 11.3%, and the daily time spent on site is down 11%. I do not have a paid account at Alexa.com to access the other statistics, but just the stats available to free-users is damning in itself.
Free Speech
Bitcointalk does not care about free-speech, no matter what they want people to think. If a post is made that does not fit their "agenda" it is quickly removed. Now, from what I am reading, they are deleting any posts that even have a steemit.com link. They are scared, and they should be. Steemit.com, not only promotes freedom of speech, but also rewards users for valid content. Has Theymos ever offered any of you anything for posting on Bitcointalk(aside from a btc address you can use to donate to (his)community forum?
Who cares about bitcointalk? It's full of junk posts and boneheaded BTC believers.
