Why I Stand By @dollarvigilante - The Otherside Of The Coin - Steemit Needs Him!

There will be haters if you're successful, because haters hate and don't succeed and scapegoat others for their downward spiral while flinging their anger at all but them, attracting nothing but haters to them. Misery loves company, but success people leave them behind. I imagine TDV doesn't really care much for haters and is used to ignoring them.

Just sad to see his post get flagged....and disappear. It's short sighted, he is great for the platform as is anyone who can bring it to a wider audience. It would be more proactive to voice suggestions on how to better the platform so people can gain reward for their contribution and other ways to contribute.

He is currently the biggest salesman bringing people with his far reaching voice and many connections to people with spec money to the platform and those who don't like his posting style should really give their actions a second thought, they are essentially shooting themselves in the foot by delaying the rise of the platform by attacking it's most popular voice bringing people in and thus more activity and chance at rewards.

@funkywanderer nailed it! Exactly right, his voice and anyone like that has value. He is an influencer, and influencers are generally paid a lot of money for their support of a product! Why is this any different?! It's not....it's just that the reward is made public.

I believe he will post again, and still make tons of steem and get liked by whales and people will cry again, but less so.... until they accept that popular people are popular and that crying doesn't make you any more popular.... but constructive positive contribution does, and some people will learn. Others never learn, you have to learn to live around those people without being affected by them ;)
