The fact that you need many people to read your work and see you as a good writer, does not warrant you write things that are not yours and claim they are.

I kept on feeling the taste of the yummy hamburger after consuming for several minutes; It was tantalizing I must confess. I gave kudos to the chef who made it, just the same way steemians give kudos to great contents by upvoting them.

Maybe you can, if you are not caught. In this context your Hamburger refers to writing original content.
Most times I wonder, why someone would spend several hours copy/pasting another writers’ work without citing or referencing them. It is not a crime to share something you see and love from other peoples work, and maybe you feel your readers will be interested in, but it becomes a crime when you do not indicate your source

I Hope you get what I mean, but if you don’t I’ll do you a favor by letting you know. Several steemian spend lots of time scamming us with posts that are not original, and they claim it is theirs; most of them say they forgot to reference while others claim to be ignorant. Well for the ignorance, I don’t think there is an excuse for that.

FATE OF PLAGIARIST ON STEEMIT

Let me appeal to steemians who are partial or full time plagiarist but have not been caught (maybe luck is on their side) to please STOP. The Painful thing about being a plagiarist is when you are caught, you might not be too lucky to escape. There are highly reputable steemians and bots as @pfunk, @adm, @cheetah, @steemcleaners, who spend hours dealing with plagiarism issues. When you are caught by them, you would see the other side of them, which is not friendly I must tell you. If you want to take a look at what it looks like maybe you visit steemit.chat

I frown against plagiarism and I hope steemians can stop Plagiarism.
