So, Umm, Okay...(laughs) I really do not know how to write this but I will try.
Apart from writing and photographing, I have another special skill I am going to let out. That skill has turned into an art, an art I am so blessed to have and explore. This art is divine! It is filling both to my body and mind, 😂, I know you are so curious to know the art. Well 👇
It is COOKING!!!!!.
YES! YES!! YES!!!! I love to cook and I have found it as an art. Pure filling art....Satisfying. Engaging. Creative. And a beauty.
As a child, my dad would always force me to the kitchen with him, assist him, watch him prepare dishes and help him serve too. Soon, I became better, today, I am proud to say I am the BEST! MY culinary skill is product of my father's investment in me, he took his time to mould in me and awaken the cooking spirit. I owe my prowess to him, I LOVE my father.
So, I will share one out of the many archived food I have made. Very simple to make and affordable. I may have problem explaining in details but I shall try.
The above picture is one of the meal I made, I call it peppered snail with chopped veggies and rice.

The other picture shows the ingredients.
So I used
Green peppers
Fresh red pepper
Onion
Snail
Fresh Tomatoes
Green beans
Carrots
Salt
Grounded crayfish
Maggi (seasoning cubes)
Curry.
Oil
Preparation.
I preheat my oil for a minute, added curry for aroma, threw in my onions and allowed it to fry. After a while, I put my sliced fresh tomatoes to boil. In the process of boiling the tomatoes, I added the seasoning cubes and crayfish so it cooks along with the tomatoes. I let the tomatoes dry a bit of its water before adding the chopped carrots and sliced green beans. At this point, the water in the pot must have drained so I added a bit of water to cook the added veggies. Cook until the veggies are tender then add the green pepper, you snail and stir. Add water if the one in the pot is getting dried up, just a bit. Allow the sauce boil for 7 minutes, when the taste of the ingredients are blended, add the fresh pepper and salt last. Cover and cook for two minutes, stir, taste it to check for taste if you feel it is not enough. Bring down and serve with cooked rice.
You have it!.
I shall try to update more of my recipes on here. Try it if you can 😊.
Will most definitely try it... Thanks dear.
