The value of your account is that it is tied to you personally (or at least the profile that you created elsewhere). Someone would want to purchase an account to maintain to post anonymously, like for security and privacy. If you sell your account then the SWAT team raids your home, that is the security you need to be concerned about. The process of safely making an exchange is fairly easy though, just receive bitcoin payment through an escrow service so that an arbitrator can resolve any dispute.

I dont know about all that. People would pay good money to turn my account into a bot

Your account has value (for use as a bot) because it was (by reasonable attempts) tied to a real person. A SWAT team won't raid your home if you sell to a bot, but the value of your account is still because it fits a standard for approval that a bot creator presumably finds difficult to cheat.
