Steemit's facilities for making good content visible are being destroyed by "pay for resteem" and "pay for upvote" bots, as well as by "vanity press" posts by people who don't really have anything to say and who are just writing to make money.
I am here to develop wholesome, "sacred" relationships through conversation. To accomplish that objective, I have abandoned steemit's "follow" and "feed" mechanisms. Instead, I use an external web site to publish a list of the people who I follow, and also to publish a zine to give visibility to people's writings.
