    Then, try using busy.org to browse Steemit because the default UI got rid of the "decline payout" option for some reason.

    When you just post a video like that, a lot of us is going to assume you are just trying to cheat out some payout.

    Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    • Disagreement on rewards
    • Fraud or plagiarism
    • Hate speech or trolling
    • Miscategorized content or spam
