for investors I won't be so sure if it's still safe or not at this moment..
For miners of bitcoin/eth it's still a good time..
For developers it's a busy time..
And for exchanges it's a shitty time.. their websites are like online and offline every now and then.. I wonder what will the exchanges will do with all those SBD they purchased at $15
