I'm not striking. This isn't having that much effect on me. I think some people have just got used to making tens of dollars on a post whilst others make pennies or nothing. This may just balance it out a bit. I just like seeing my vote actually add something to a post reward for a change.
This is just part of the evolution of Steemit. It will change and the whales will do whatever they want. At least the Steem price is up a bit, so we're all a little richer today.

Perfectly said - steemit has a lot tech geeks, investors (crypto kings) who drive and steer most of the platform - then we have the content creators who make the platform attractive for other creators not here yet - we need to have marketing and comms people installed in the INC or as whales to improve the information flow

Your flagging was what got me agitated, though I too had been flagged earlier. And I have seen you as one of the community members who is fun and the way you were treated seemed like bullying to me, an activity I cannot condone. In protest I have stopped posting for a few days now and will support this "strike" as I mean to stand up for longstanding members who have been contributing and adding value to the platform.
I hope everybody realizes that we can only take on these crusaders with their vision less agenda if we unite and stop posting to show that we matter. So, let the games begin, and I hope the community supports this.

Yes, on Steemit we are collateral damage of wars in the fight for the domination of Steemit.
I'm not publishing anything of Steemit, because the feelings and motivation of the people to create content is just a toy for someone's private playground and want to convince me that I should give my consent.

the problem is , looooooool https://steemit.com/~witnesses abit is get, he bought everybody by voting for comments, made the rewards and is now flagging, :D I'm just remarking since he is-was(in the time I wrote this, now posting) the first witness, so yeah people should have supported different people and they shouldn't get on a bandwagon and trail off, as far as I know all the witnesses and whales were adding to the community fund in one time or another, I was a fan of a bit for a while, liked bernie too, but bernie for instance fell out of favor for me when he started flag warring and trolling people for getting off-ended, abit is ok, but his experiment coupled with the trollish snowflake comments here and there aren't helping, I liked the idea of whales to stop voting for a day. OK but taking it too far into this is damaging to everybody. I know that supporting authors with 250 votes for their 5 views on the post is insane, so the disruption caused was maybe a good thing against automation, the problem is that it harms stability and takes away from creativity. good content can't seem to surface

last I checked krnel dan and a few others left, buuut let's throw more people under the bus :) there are at least 5000 more active users and at least 1000 authors, if we can only get them down to 100 we will spread the pool evenly and we can be the communist party, I like tall buildings and ghost cites. I also like disregarding the opinions of others and I only respect myself :) now I need a bigger stake, maybe I can become a broker and earn off other people's back making them do bad trades so I can burn their money, maaan reality is better than a movie :) time to earn that stake and put other people on it, I like the smell of that :)
