Started Making Empandas... Then This Happened!!!

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my corner!

I started making some Empanadas then things got crazy and this happened...

THE OMG ICE CREAM SANDWICH EMPANADA

Crazy I know! But so much fun and so yummy!

I used the mini ice cream sandwich inside the dough.

Then I wrapped the dough around the ice cream sandwich!

Folded the ends and pressed down with fork!

Check it out ready for fryer...

Gently place in fryer!

Then take out, let cool for 1 minute and enjoy it fast! 

My dad called it a "Masterful Culinary Creation". I think that means Yummy!
