Hello to all those who follow me! Today I propose another very good type of bread and that does not require much time to prepare. Today we can even a Swiss bread called "treccia". And a very good bread, soft on the inside with a thin crust. Remember that to make a good bread need to be positive so your bread will become magical!))

To prepare our bread we need

500 of flour Manitoba

250 ml of milk (room temperature)

20 g fresh yeast

10 grams of salt

10 g sugar

1 egg

80 grams of soft butter

Put the milk into the mixer baking powder and melt a bit.

then add the sugar egg the butter and flour.

sKnead for 5 minute then stop the mixer and add the salt.

Mix for the first 10 minute until the dough becomes smooth .

When ready let it sit for 40 minutes.

Then divide it into 2 equal meals

and make 2 strands of about 60 cm.

Or fold it just as I did, and then let it rise for 1 hour.

Let rise at room temperature between 20 26 degrees.

Passed a time needs to be leavened well, whisk an egg and brush the top of the bread.

Cook it for 35 minutes at 220 degrees.
