Hi, I received the above message when confirming my steemit account... Has anyone had the same issue ? is it something I should be concerned about ?

    I've had the same issue as you, a Google search for the error message we both share led me to your post. I've created my new Steemit account but done nothing with it yet. I also just now reported it at steemit.chat help channel.
