tag input field considers terminal whitespace as an extra tag #217

I have sometimes previously been inputting tags into posts and then I have 5 there, and the interface flags and says there is more than 5, but I did not notice until just now what was going on. It appears the script that checks the post tag input is looking for no more than 4 clusters of whitespace between tags (It may even be more fussy, counting every space as a tag delimiter, even if there is nothing there. I just verified this now, and indeed, the script is searching for a count of spaces. This should be fixed, as it is what we oldies of the olden days of computer science call 'incorrect code'. It works, but the logic is faulty.
