Welcome Steemians to yet another guide on my personal beliefs on making steemit work for you in the best possible way.

So an example of underrated things you should do on steemit, is commenting on other post's with positive comments if you really like it, or if you wanna be slightly critical of someone post's (in a good way), then this can very well be the highest income option for people who start out on SteemIt, as if you get upvoted by the creator of the post who has high SteemPower and Reputation you can very well recieve like $0.06 for just getting 1 upvote or even more!

A while back when i first started posting, i've been trying to regularly post on the hot and trending tab, because most people will read it and if you truely put an educational, funny or critical response that people might acknowledge then you will freely gain more upvotes which you can then transfer to Steem Power for better influence.

Remember, as well as consistently putting out post's of your choice as a content creator, you also have to balance things out and find time to go comment on popular/upcoming post's that can earn you some $$ so that you can convert that into steem power and be like the people there.

MASSIVE TIP : ALWAYS UPVOTE YOUR POSTES, it makes it higher on the list when the author reads them.

Great tip on upvotes going to my own posts. But then I'm waiting a vote on something that may not pay out. What if I wait a while and see if the vote would make a difference?

It could, i mean it's up to you ultimately but if you post a comment that's quite good in your opinion and can get a lot of upvotes then go for it. But waitng is always an option, up to you!

Some people would disagree with you about upvoting your own post but your whole post is great.
You said it right, constructive criticism is rare now and it should be adopted.

The thing is that i believe upvoting your comment, is pretty much essential in a 'bigger scale' post because of the amount of upvote other post's already have you'd be rock bottom and it's harder to get noticed there, just like when you post on the new tab but 50 seconds later you can't find your post anywhere you know.

For getting attention it is harder for minnows to gain some.

That's true but there is also the whole topic of whether minnows are good or not but i won't get into that, also sorry for asking so late but i've included one of your post's on my part 4 of this and i directly gave you credit for the post and only put a link didn;'t cut out any section of it to put into mine. https://steemit.com/steemit/@lanaya/importance-of-research-a-steemit-guide-for-begginers-part-4-featuring-bluemist

I feel much obliged. I am glad that my content is helpful in anyway.
