Here is a small, but legit and effective trick.

Everytime you post, anywhere, sign with your name (or your company's or service's name) and put an link to your posts on Steem it on the name.

On steemit posts just put this code at the end of any post:

Replace the https-link to your specific link and the name, to your name. When done it looks like this:

Same technic can be use on other forums and other social medias, but the code meight have to be altered to the specific site.

Call friends, family and business partners

This one is slow, but meight help you.

call your friends, family and business partners, ask for an "upvote" on a specific post. Or ask to share-votes, so that you give them a vote on their post and they gives you a vote, on your post, in return.

Submit post to others

When you reply to others posts and upvote for them, you receive more attention and that could be converted into more votes on your posts, as least at one later point in time. Here the link to your posts, on your name, is very important.
